PURPOSE:To permit the easy restoration of a sample-viewing position to a memorized sample position any time by constituting the past sample-viewing position so as to enable a memory display on CRT. CONSTITUTION:The moving amount of a sample is fetched as a set electric analog values x and y by a potentiometer, etc. The analog values x and y are converted into digital values x and y by the A/D converter 2, which are properly processed, i.e., converted into necessary deflection voltage values by CUP3, ROM4, and RAM5, and also supplied through CRT/O 6 to CRT7, where a display is made corresponding to the sample-viewing position. The sample-viewing position is stored in RAM5 and by reading out its memory, the past observed sample position can be restored at any time. |
