<p>The saw clamp and a lateral pressure assembly contain a number of stressing pistons, and are selectively connectable to an hydraulic pump generating clamping pressure, via a reversing valve, in hydraulic clamping provision for framesaws. The reversing valve (7) is automatically regulated, in dependence on pump pressure. It pref. has a piston slide (25), brought into three different switch positions, activated by adjustable return force and by pump pressure, for connecting the clamp (1) and pressure assembly at the same time, or one or the other separately. This provides for either unit to be connected or disconnected as required, without wasting time or labour.</p> |
