<p>To endow an antenna rod on a vehicle, more particularly useful on a motorcycle, with an added function, namely that of making the presence of the vehicle more noticeable during the dark hours, it is possible to enlarge the antenna volume by shrinking a rubber hose (3) on the antenna wire and providing a reflective helical tape (4) on the outside. The tape is firmly retained at both ends by collars (5a,5b). Alternatively in place of a helically wound tape, a number of separate rings having reflective exterior may be shrunk on the antenna rod (3).</p> |
