An adjustable stand for supporting attachments adjacent a machine tool table. The stand has a base on casters for easy movement, and a telescopic upright extends upwardly from the base. A tilting mechanism is attached to the top of the upright and supports an auxiliary table to which attachments may be fastened. The telescopic upright and titling mechanism combine to permit adjustment of the height and angular position of the auxiliary table to match the position of the machine tool table.
