Die Erfindung betrifft 2-(2-Chlor-4-cyclopropyl-phenyl-imino)-imidazolidin der Formel <IMAGE> und dessen Säureadditionssalze. Die neue Verbindung kann durch Umsetzung eines N-(2-Chlor-4-cyclopropyl-phenyl)-harnstoffs bzw. -thioharnstoffs oder eines entsprechenden Isouronium- bzw. Isothiouroniumsalzes mit Äthylendiamin hergestellt werden. Sie wirkt herzfrequenzsenkend und kann zur Behandlung von Coronarerkrankungen verwendet werden.
