<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and simplify the work of assembly in a load box mounted on a truck by fitting a gained part of a stopper member provided on the lower edge of a side drop door to a support member on the side edge of a floor board. CONSTITUTION:On the side edge of a bottom board 2 of a load box 1, a U-shaped support member 3 of a round bar or the like is firm fixed to keep an open space on its feet. Meanwhile, on the lower edge of a side drop door 4, a stopper member 6 with an almost U-shaped gained part 5 is provided to face to the support member 3, and fitted to the support member 3 from the inside. Besides, usual hinges 7 are firmly fixed between both side edges of the bottom board 2 and the side drop door 4. In this construction, the inside of the lower edge of the side drop door 4 covers the side of the bottom board 2 to reduce shaking, and is prevented from coming off by hinges 7. Thus, the simplified structure and the reduced number of parts permit the simplification of the assembly work.</p> |
