<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inductor for an electric power source filter having a large inductance by a method wherein two square holes havng different areas are formed in a sheet of core plate, windings to constitute a filter are provided respectively on confronting core legs and a winding to constitute a leakage sensor is provided on a core leg of one side square hole meeting at right angles with the confronting legs. CONSTITUTION:A square hole A having a small hole area and a square hole B having a large hole area are cut through a sheet of core plate being arranged in a lateral line, and the sectional area of each core leg is made to be different. A pair of windings having the same number of turns and opposite direction of winding a-a' and d-d' are wound around confronting core legs of the square hole A, and a pair of windings having the same number of turns being larger than A and opposite direction of winding like A b-b' and c-c' are wound around confronting core legs of the square hole B. The winding directions at the square holes A and B are made to be reversed, and the windings a-a', b-b' and the windings d-d', c-c' are connected respectively in series to be used as a filter. A winding to be used as a sensor is provided on a different core leg of the square hole A. By this way, the variation of current flowing in the winding being used as the filter is detected with the winding being used as the sensor.</p> |
