PURPOSE:To simplify the assembly and shorten the time for constructing the structure of a large-sized rubber tire car or the like by shaping a side wall and a front wall part in one plate after dividing each of them into two at each doorway, and jointing four pairs of these plates after frame-mounting, bending, and other processes. CONSTITUTION:A side wall 8 at a central doorway 9 and a front wall 10 at a central doorway 11 are respectively divided to the right and left by each symmetrical vertical line, and a side wall part 13 and a front wall part 14 are shaped in one plate to obtain a shaped external plate 15. This shaped external plate 15 is set in a structure-part shaping device to be welded with frame and beam parts, and the front wall part 14 is bent by a bending mechanism of the device together with the frame by a fixed angle to the side wall part 13 for forming a structure 12. Four pairs of side wall parts 13 and front wall part 14 of these structures 12 are confronted, and confronted parts are jointed by welding with each other for forming a structure periphery 7, to which a roof 25 and an underframe 26 are mounted. This method simplifies the work of assembly and shortens its time. |
