CONSTITUTION:The process control system comprises a central process computer 1, a remote computers 8, 9 of the divergent subsystems A, B, and muCM10, 11 for carrying out the control or the data collection of the object processes 12, 13. muCM10 process of the system A scans in a predetermined cycle with respect to the process 12, and renews the file 10. At the same time as the completion of the scanning, the data parameter is transmitted to the computer 8, and from the slave station 6, transmitted to the upper-rank computer 1 through the data transmission line 5 and the master station 4. In the central portion, in the file C of the bulk memory 2, the newest information at the side of the process can be provided, and when muCM10 is down, in accordance with the cause condition, the newest information of the file C can be employed.
