PURPOSE:To enhance optical setting accuracy and permit scale-down or magnified projection by arraying focusing type optical fiber elements of a circular truncated cone shape nonparallel into an array shape so as to contact each other on the outside circumferential part. CONSTITUTION:This device performs projection by using a plurality of focusing type optical fiber elements of gradually decreasing refractive indexes from the optical axis toward the radial outside circumferential part, wherein the focusing type optical fiber elements M1, M2, M3 having optical axes extending radially from the center 4 of curvature of a cylindrical original platen 3 are arrayed in a line shape in such a manner that the adjacent outside circumferential parts adjoin to themselves and continuous objects, that is, originals S1, S2, S3 are projected as continuous scaled down images T1, T2, T3 by the focusing type optical fiber element arrays M1, M2, M3, at which time the occurrence of lateral deviation in the images is obviated. |
