PURPOSE:To obtain a molding provided with a base cup free fromcoming off by inserting the base cup with its inside diameter smaller than an outside diameter of the lower part of the hollow molding and with a necessary stop membe formed inside unitarily therewith in an expanded space provided against a mold surface. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin parison 14 is inserted in a blow mold 1 consisting of split molds 11, 12 and a base mold 13, and a base cup 18 is inserted in the base mold 13 for blow molding of a hollow product. In this case, the base cup 18 is arranged to have its inside diameter given somewhat smaller than an outside diameter of the lower part of the hollow molding and a necessary stop member formed inside solidly therewith. Then, the base cup 18 is inserted in an expanded space 19 provided against the mold surface. The captioned hollow molding provided with the base cup 18 fitted strongly is thus obtainable through blow molding without using adhesive. |
