PURPOSE:To improve the vibration- and shock-resistance, by holding the quartz oscillator of vibration mode which usually is held by the holding wire, by the holding spring. CONSTITUTION:The terminals 21, 22 are fixed to the base 20 with airtight glass. The holding springs 23, 24 are fixed at the upper end of the terminal pin with the conductive adhesives. As the holding spring, phosphorus bronze or stainless steel is suitably used, to which the holding holes 23a, 24a to hold the quartz chip 1D are made and the left and right ends are folded. The both ends of the crystal chip 1D are held in the holding holes and fixed with the conductive adhesives or solder. The quartz chip 1D is provided with the electrodes 6, 7 from the upper end to near the center for the curved planes 2 and 3, and the planes are provided with the electrodes 8, 9 from the lower end to the vicinity of the center. |
