PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of threshold voltage value and to increase the input impedance, by using transistors only as the circuit elements. CONSTITUTION:When the input voltage V1 at the input terminal 1 is at high level, the output V4 of the first stage inverter A is at low level and the output V2 of the second stage inverter B is at high level, and transistors (TR)T2,T3,T7,T8 are at on-state. When V1 starts to change toward low level at time t1 and V1 is in excess of the threshold voltage of TRT1,T5 at time t2, the output voltage V4 of the inverter A starts changing slightly toward high level. When V1 turns off TRT2,T7 at time t3,V4 rapidly changes to high level and the output V2 of the inverter B changes to low level with it. In case of increase in V1, the changes are as shown in the times t4-t6 conversely as the mentioned above. |
