<p>PURPOSE:To obtain continuously and cheaply a laminated glass plate having a plastic film as an interlayer by directly applying an adhesive to two glass plates or the plastic film. CONSTITUTION:A liq. adhesive is continuously applied to one side of the continuously conveyed 1st glass plate of predetermined size, and a continuous plastic film as an interlayer is pressed to the adhesive applied surface of the plate and adhered. After continuously applying the liq. adhesive to one side of the 2nd glass plate or the unadhered surface of the plastic film, the two glass plates with the film in- between are pressed with pressing rolls to form a laminate. This laminate is sent into a heating furnace, where it is pressurized with heating. Thus, the desired laminated glass plate is obtd.</p> |
