Titanium silicate is used as a filler in tooth-restoring agents, in combination with a customary liquid, polymerizable resin binder system, in particular BIS-GMA combined with one or more dimethacrylates. The agents possess improved mechanical properties, such as high compression strength, and a low thermal expansion coefficient.
