PURPOSE:To obtain the highly homogeneous fluid by a procedure in which fluids are mixed in a static mixer and then mixed with fluids taken out of different positions in the frontal and rear directions of the flow path by means of mixers gathered at a fixed position. CONSTITUTION:The mixer consists of a block 5 having a fluid inlet 3, a total of 12 of flow paths 1 and 2, and a fluid discharge port 4. In the position of opening for fluids in the wall on the inlet 3 side, the distance from the bottom of the inlet 3 are different for each of 12 flow paths 1 and 2, where the distance from the back of the discharge port 4 in the position of opening of the wall on the discharge port 4 side are equal. The average diameter and length of each of 12 flow paths 1 and 2 are the same. In short, fluids coming into the inlet 3 flow into respective flow paths 1 and 2 through 12 openings but from different positions in the frontal and rear directions because the positions of openings for each fluid are different. Then, fluids reach the discharge port 4 through 12 openings at the same position as the discharge port 4 from respective flow paths, mixed together, and then discharged to the outside of the mixer. |
