PURPOSE:To enable the high efficient production of a blow-molded container made from polyester which is excellent in the strength, the heat-resisting contractivity and appearance, by a method wherein a preliminary molded product, which is made from polyethylene terephthalate resin having a given crystallinity and containing a given compound, is blow-molded under conditions which satisfy a given temperature and time. CONSTITUTION:A preliminary molded product with a bottom, which is made from polyethylene terephthalate resin containing 0.002-0.5wt.pt. of 1 or more types of kaolin, white carbon, talc, sodium benzonate, sodium stearate, barium stearate, antimony trioxide, silicon oxide, and titanium oxide, has a drum portion whose crystallinity is 1.0-10%. Said preliminary molded product with a bottom is maintained at 80-150 deg.C, and is blow-molded at a blow-molding temperature T1 and for a blow-molding processing time T2 which satisfy inequalities I and II (where Tg is glass transition temperature of polyester, and C is contents of an addition agent), and thereby an biaxialoriented, blow-molded container made from polyester can be obtained. |
