摘要 PURPOSE:To cause the same action as that obtained through the direct addition of a food additive to raw fish meat or raw beast meat only by wrapping up the meat, and to improve its quality, by impregnating the food additive into paper, nonwoven fabric, or cloth, followed by drying. CONSTITUTION:A solution of food additive, e.g., freshness retaining agent, reducing agent, discoloration and fading inhibitor, color developing agent, antiseptic, pH adjustor, etc. is impregnated into or adhered to paper, nonwoven fabic or cloth having water absorption, which is dried, to give a sheet. L-Ascorbic acid, sodium L-ascorbate, nicotinic acid amide, natural reducing enzyme, polymerized phosphate, sodium citrate, etc. may be cited as the food additive. The sheet thus obtained makes the agent penetrate into the raw fish or beast meat only by wrapping up the meat in it, and exhibits action of oxidation prevention, reduction, color development and freshness retention on the meat. The sheet can prevents the deterioration of quality with time, and can reproduce the meat with bright color.
