PURPOSE:To detect the set mistake of document, by giving the code different from types of documents to the document and collating the format information from the information processor with the code attached to the document. CONSTITUTION:The transaction code inputted from the keyboard 1 by the operator is stored in the format information memory circuit 3 via the terminal processor 2. The light from the light emitter 7 passes through the hole 10 of the document 6 and is projected on the photo detector 9 on the photo detection plate 5 located at the opposite side with the location with hole. The document code detection circuit 4 detects the combination of the location of the hole 10 of the document 6 and collates with the format information stored in the format information storage circuit 3 at the collation circuit 8 for the agreement. |
