PURPOSE:To prevent the effet of refresh on lockout data, by providing the section to inhibit the memory refresh together with the supply of system clock and the inverse section in the diagnostic period. CONSTITUTION:The central processing unit 3 is made to initial state with the diagnostic control unit 4 and the instruction to execute it with the central processing unit 3 is stored in the memory unit 3. Further, the address where the central processing unit 3 is stored with instruction is set from the diagnostic control unit 4, the processing is executed to the central processing unit 3 by the specified clock number and the state after end is made to log-out. Further, during this diagnostic period, the system clock is supplied with the control of the clock control section 5 and the section inhibiting the memory refresh and the section performing memory refresh and not supplying the system clock are provided. |
