PURPOSE:To make it possible to designate a frame with a high precision, by storing the signal on a sound track corresponding to the designated frame position. CONSTITUTION:At an editing time, video tape 21 to be reproduced by VTR22 is monitored by monitor television 23, and the still picture of a prescribed frame to be selected is photographed by camera 24, and the count value of VTR22 is recorded. For change from still picture reproducing to dynamic picture reproducing, the signal from signal generating circuit 25 is recorded on a sound track. The tape processed in this manner is reproduced by VTR26 for plating; and when the signal on the sound track is detected by signal detecting circuit 27, still signal generating circuit 28 records one-frame components of the picture signal just after this signal into frame memory 30. The picture signal in memory 30 is used for print plating. |
