PURPOSE: To effectively prevent paper from being piled up for two sheets with a simple structure by combining a paper storage means, a shuttle, a shuttle moving means, a paper holding frame and an air pressure means so as to perform a specified action. CONSTITUTION: A cup 54 extrudes food putty from a hole 42 and drops it on a conveyor 56. After the extrusion operation, a cylinder 52 lifts the cup 54 above a molding plate 41 and the cylinder 45 pulls back the molding plate 41 from an extruding position 41A to a filling position. Thus, the hole 42 is positioned above a passage 37 and the next cycle is started. In the respective cycles, the cylinder 36 operates a food pump piston 34 and pushes meat products through a filling passage 37 into the molding hole 42 present at the filling position. During the period of the respective operation cycles of a food putty molding machine 20, this paper insertion machine 60 inserts a sheet of the paper inside a lower moving passage (arrow A) where each molded food putty discharged from the hole 42 of the molding plate 41 is passed through. |
