<p>The equipment for examining various properties of lubricating oils, water or other fluids is held in related groups inside a manually portable container. This container is a case, pref. of Al, with a tilting lid sepd. from the base by a flexible seal. The base has a foam insert with recesses to hold pipettes, flasks etc. The lid has various retaining clips, strips etc. for other instruments. The equipment is divided into functional gps. for investigating oil and water, with sub-divisions for coarse and fine analysis. The portable equipment is esp. suitable for marine engines and static units, with tests arranged in logical sequence.</p> |
