The oscillating crushing jaw of this crusher is driven by means of an eccentric and by means of a push rod (12); the latter consists of telescopically displaceable rod components (14, 15) which engage one in the other and are fixed with respect to one another by an anti-shear protection. The anti-shear protection has two shear bolts (18) which are mounted in bushings (21, 22) of the rod components (14, 15) and are secured by fastening plates (29) which are attached by means of screws (30). This arrangement of the shear bolts (18) produces a simple overload protection which requires little constructional outlay and space and in the case of the shear bolt (18) breaking can easily be made operational again without particular outlay. <IMAGE>
