<p>The sharpener is for pencils and pencil leads. It has a sharpener housing with conical bore and blade, in a container. The container has an aperture, which may be sealed by the sharpener housing. The aperture is limited by a shoulder, on which the housing engages. The widened section of the container has a recess, which corresponds to the insertion aperture of the sharpener housing. The aperture may be closed by a lid, which is hinged to the container. Lid and container are integral, and are connected via a hinge.</p> |
