CONSTITUTION:The screw gear 43 is installed in the outer surface of the middle part of the female screw cylinder 4; the screw gear 43 is engaged with the small screw gear (pinion) 7; and the outer end of the pinion shaft 71 rotating together with the pinion 7 is stuck out backward and obliquely upward from the guide box 1. Then, with the rotation of the pinion shaft 71, the screw spindles 5a, 5b, on both sides make forward and backward fine movement; hereby, the roller holders 2a, 2b, adjust the embracing force of the guide rollers 3a, 3b, upon the steel bar through a couple of push bolts 6a, 6b, The scale plate 74 is provided with the scale mark 75; by referring this scale mark 75 to the stationary mark 76, the fitness can be adjusted; herely, the adjustment value can be numerically confirmed. |
