PURPOSE:To miniaturize and provide a device with high-electric-power-resistive property and broad-band characteristics by installing an insulating plate between an earth plate and a shield plate that contains a center conductor, with regard to a circulator and isolator used in VHF, UHF and microwave bands. CONSTITUTION:On soft magnetic substance 8, earth plate 10 is hermetically mounted and shield plate 11 that contains not less than one ferrite core 12 and not less than one center conductor 13 is also mounted in contact near the center of the top of earth plate 10 with insulating plate 21 interposed. Further, permanent magnet 9 is placed hermetically on the top of core 12 with shield plate 11 interposed. Consequently, high-electric-power resistance and broad-band characteristics can be attained with the miniature constitution. |
