PURPOSE:To improve services by making it possible to charge the fee for a telephone call to a specific subscriber by providing an originating-side exchange with a dial signal recording circuit and message rate recording circuit. CONSTITUTION:Once a special number is dialed through telephone set 1, switchboard 2 sends a system code to outgoing trunk 3 to elongate a circuit up to toll originating switchboard 4 and toll repeating switchboard 5 and credit call charging trunk 6 is acquired, starting communication processor 7. Processor 7 collates the registered mnemonic number of center 8 with that from telephone set 1 and, when the both agree, completes a channel between telephone set 1 and incoming subscriber 11. After subscriber 11 anwers, trunk 6 records message rates and on the end of their talk, processor 7 reads charging data out of a dial signal recording circuit and message rate recording circuit in trunk 6 and transfers them to center 8. |
