PURPOSE:To record a broadcast from a TV station in full by presetting threshold levels when correcting automatically a reception-time timer with a CM broadcast, and then by determining the slice level of a binary-coding circuit by one of threshold levels that has discriminated discrimination information most frequently. CONSTITUTION:By using the audio band of a CM broadcast sent from a TV station, a CM discrimination signal and a decision signal that indicates the discrimination signal are broadcasted being superposed by an information superposing circuit. Then, a signal receiving circuit in a broadcast confirmation receiver discriminates the discrimination signal and decision signal and microprocessor 41 compares them to the kinds and broadcast times of CM information previously recorded in memory 8, thereby automatically correcting the time of reception-time timer 9 on the basis of the comparison result. The threshold level to be supplied from sampling timer 40 to A/D converters 37-39 of this receiving circuit are set to a few values and one of threshold levels that has discriminated the discrimination information most frequently, the slice levels of converters 37-39 are determined, recording the broadcast from the TV station in memory 8 in full. |
