PURPOSE:To secure a proper internal loss without lowering the rigidity and thus enhance the frequency characteristics, by laminating the carbon fiber surface layer on both surfaces of the intermediate layer via the binder which can give the common bridge formation for the polymers having different Young's moduli. CONSTITUTION:The spongelike material containing bubbles, for instance, is provide as inmatermediate layer 2. Then carbon fiber surface layer 3 and 4 plus, e.g., the surface layer composed of so-called prepreg with the unwoven fabric of the carbon fiber or the carbon fibers disposed in a fixed direction are provided on bith surfaces of layer 2. Thus at least a 3-layer structure is obtained. These layers are laminated into one body via at least two or more types of heteropolymers used for the binder to give the common bridge formation to those layers, and then receive a forming by compression. The binders have different Young's moduli from each other and also use two or more types of polymers which is capable of the be common bridge formation. With this commn bridge formation, layers 2, 3 and 4 can adhered tight to each other. |
