PURPOSE:A cellulose acetate film containing a surfactant is fitted to one side surface of an enzyme-immobilized membrane and they are made integral, thus preventing the enzyme-immobilized membrane from being stained by lipid and protein in serum. CONSTITUTION:To one surface of organic high-molecular membrane bearing immobilized enzyme, is fitted a cellulose acetate film containing a surfactant and they are made integral, thus giving titled enzyme-immobilized membrane. The surfactant is preferably hydrophilic, e.g., polyethylene glycol phenyl ether, polyoxyethylenesorbitan monolaurate. The cellulose acetate is preferably cellulose mono-, di- or triacetate. The amount of the surfactant is 0.5-4.0 per 1.0 of the cellulose acetate. |
