<p>PURPOSE:To concentrate wind force onto wind mills and to protect the wind mills when the wind is strong by providing multiple vertical type wind mills in parallel and mounting rotatable wind collecting plates on their upper parts. CONSTITUTION:Multiple vertical type wind mills (b) are arranged in parallel, and rotatable wind collecting plates are provided on their upper part. Being thus constituted, the wind force can be concentrated onto the wind mill (b), and also, by shifting the wind collecting plate (b) toward the direction shown by the arrow, the wind mill (b) can be protected.</p> |
