PURPOSE:To provide safe and efficient truing-up equipment, by using an inclined conveyor and a magnet conveyor on a side to correct continuously conveyed iron plates to a prescribed posture and feed them. CONSTITUTION:A driving belt pulley 5 and a shaft 14 are rotated by an electric motor 10 to revolve a flat belt 3, a V-belt 20, a roller conveyor 2 and a magnet roller 9. An iron plate 32-a slides on the inclined roller conveyor 2 in accordance with its inclination angle in the axial direction of rollers and a side edge of the iron plate is held by the belt 3. At that time, a side edge of another iron plate 32-b is attracted toward a magnet rail 8 through the belt 3 so that the posture of the plate is trued up. The iron plate 32-b proceeds in an inclined state on the roller conveyor 2. When the front end of the iron plate 32-b is attracted on the magnet roller 9, the speed of the plate is increased by the circumferential velocity of the roller 9. The iron plate 32-b flies out to a position 32-c protruded from a position in which the iron plate is set by plates 27, 29. The iron plate 32-b is adjusted to a normal position 32-d by a pusher 28. |
