Spiral evaporator type milk cooling equipment - has stirring device setting entire vessel contents in motion

The equipment cools milk in a vessel by means of a spiral evaporator inserted in it, and over whose surface the milk flows. A stirring device (2) in the vessel (6) sets the entire contents in motion. Device and evaporator can be positioned in the vessel so as to give best possible cooling, stirring and mixing, the device working at a speed such as to maintain the quality of the milk. It can comprise paddles on a shaft extending centrally or eccentrically through the evaporator, forming with the latter a complete assembly.
