The concrete batching equipment comprises a number of compartments containing different additives, a metering and mixing mechanism, and a scraper piling up the material in the different compartments, from the bases which it is then drawn off. In each compartment (5) is a level indicator (21) connected to a central control unit (22). The latter controls the drive (14) to the scraper (3) and the alignment if the latter with the various compartments, dependent on the signals from the indicators. Each of the latter can either be mounted in the bottom of the respective compartment to act as a level indicator, or near the top to show them when the compartment is full.
