PURPOSE:To avoid the load concentration at the file memory control part and then eliminate the disturbance to the received picture signal when the additional picture signal is generated, by transmitting the coding request with every scanning line to the coding part in the fixed interval longer than the time decided by th delay means. CONSTITUTION:Picture signal generating part 16 gives the starting to delay circuit 17 via delay circuit starting line 21 and every generation of the picture signals equivalent to one scanning line, and then receives the picture signal generation request via picture signal generation request line 22 after a fixed time. Thus part 16 generates the picture signals equivalent to one scanning line every fixed time decided at circuit 17, and the coding request is also given to the coding part every fixed time. And when the request given from part 16 is processed completely and the picture signal transmission request arrives from the coding part or when the transfer of the picture signals is over, circuit 17 is started to reduce the peak traffic for the coding part. |
