<p>The pulse generator has a switch (10) that connects an extra resistor (12) in series with the resistor in a multivibrator R-C circuit (3,4). A second switch (11) selects either the indicator lamps (13) or the motor of the windscreen wiper (14). The two switches may be of either mechanical or electronic form. The first switch comprises two sets of contacts; the first (10d) switching the motor through to the output of the multivibrator and the second switching the extra resistor to the R-C circuit. The second switch comprises three sets of contacts; the first (11c) connecting the lamps to the output of the multivibrator, the second (11g) connecting the motor to the first switch's first contacts (10d), and the third for e.g. earthing the extra resistor.</p> |
