<p>A tool guide (10) for providing a stationary support for a portable power tool such as an electric drill (80). When the lower portion of the device is clamped between the vise jaws (50) of a portable workbench and vise (60), an electric drill (80) slidably mounted on the device (10) may be used to drill either perpendicular or angular holes in a workpiece (70) positioned on top of the vise jaws (50). An adjustable depth stop (190) operatively associated with the slideway (30) of the device provides accurate depth control.
