The protective equipment for a nuclear power station has a plurality of redundant logic modules (11, 21, 31, 41), which comprise control-signal storage units (14, 24, 34, 44) inter alia and are arranged separately from a control room (6). A control line (5) leads from the control room (6) to the individual logic modules (11, 21, 31, 41), which is connected in the control room (6) to an input device (7, 8) for binary coded signals and to a decoder module (16, 26, 36, 46) on the logic modules. Access to the storage unit (14, 24, 34, 44) is obtained via said module and facilitates manual intervention in the protective equipment without the possibility of spurious actuation occurring due to interference. <IMAGE>
