PURPOSE:To improve the rise to the input waveform of a low speed, by reducing the sucking current density of the output having outputs Q and Q' less than others among the inverter gates constituting the RS-FF circuit. CONSTITUTION:For inverter gates G4 and G5 constituting a latch circuit, the output is made double for the one having outputs Q and Q' to others along with the sucking current density reduced to a half respectively. As a result, R' starts rising when set input S rises in a slow speed, but output Q is still kept at 0. When ouput R' becomes at the threshold level of gate G5, outputs Q and Q' is turned instantaneously to H and L levels by the positive feedback action of the latch circuit. |
