PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency by exposing two-component type diazo photosensitive paper, applying a developer contg. alkali, polyol, etc., and heating the paper to accelerate development. CONSTITUTION:>=0.2g/m<2> Zinc halide and a >=0.2g/m<2> thiourea derivative represented by formula (R2N)2C=S (where R is H or 1, 2 or 3 C alkyl) are allowed to be contained in a photosensitive layer contg. a diazo compound and a coupling component and formed on a support. The resulting two-component type diazo photosensitive paper is exposed. After applying <=5g/m<2> developer contg. an inorg. alkaline stustance and/or an org. alkaline substance and polyol and/or its alkyl ether, the photosensitive paper is heated to accelerate development. |
