<p>The foam mattress gives max. comfort, ventilation and min. condensation. The mattress has ducts which are open at the side and run at right angles to the direction of the pressure exerted on it. The mattress consists of two parts (2,3) one on top of the other, and on the underneath side of which are cavities (4,5) opening downwards. The intermediate bridge pieces (6,7) of both halves (2,3) are arranged exactly above each other. The cavities can be semicircular, traoezoid, with a height of between one half and two-thirds of the total thickness of the mattress. Vertical holes (11) open into the cavities (4,5). The mattress has a covering (8) made of highly elastic foam.</p> |
