Measuring and demonstration appts. - for disparation of stereoscopic vision by matrix of points turned and displaced laterally

Matrix of small circular plates arranged so that it can be rotated on a circular matt disk, which can be illuminated from behind for observation with iris spectacles, is included in a measuring and demonstrating apparatus for transverse and longitudinal disparation of the stereoscopic vision, in perception psychology. Matrix is orthogonal having circular plates 8mm in dia. spaced at 20mm in 5 rows and 5 gaps on a matt disk. The central point of the matrix, on the underside of a thin glass disk, can be displaced easily to right and left in a guide of "PLEXIGLAS" (RTM). Its right- left-eccentricity can be read off on a nonius scale. With the apparatus the investigator can, by slowly turning the lure whilst the appropriate glasses are worn, use the transverse disparation of the lure to produce longitudinal disparation, whilst the stereoscopic effect is fully maintained.
