In order to reduce the burning loss of the coke and to increase the service life of devices for receiving incandescent coke and its subsequent transportation toward the quenching tower it is provided that corrugated sheets (12) are mounted, as a distance element, between the construction (1) of the walls and the refractory lining sheets (2), those sheets (2) being mounted with the possibility of their thermal expansion under the action of the heat of the incandescent coke and being connected with the construction (1) of the walls by means of straps (13), overlapping the expansion gaps, and bolts (14) with nuts (15). The discharge bottom gates (7) of the bunker (5) are provided with sealing elements (18), their working surfaces (A) and (B) contacting tangentially the peripheral surface of a belt (6).
