Artificial stone for decoration, which proves a higher hardness than natural marble or granite, was developed by using mining waste as law materials. Mining waste containing silicate-alumina-calcium oxide was melted to be glass at 1500≦̸C with usual methods, and then reheated for 6-24hours at 600-900≦̸C to form a crystal of various figure and color.
