PURPOSE:To satisfy durability and dimensional accuracy by arranging reinforcement members made of reinforced plastics between two bushes forming eye portions on both ends of a leaf spring body and fusing reinforced plastics so as to surround the members and the bushes in one body. CONSTITUTION:This leaf spring has both ends eye portions 2, 3 formed on both ends of a leaf spring body 1 and a central eye portion 4 formed on the central part of the body 1. Metal bushes 5 are buried into respective eye portions 2-4, and portions between eye portions 2-4 of the body 1 are constituted with reinforcement members 6, 6 and a reinforced plastics member 7 fused in surrounding these reinforcement members 6, 6 and three metal bushes 5 in a body. Therefore, demarnd can be fully satisfied as regards strength in respective parts and durability, and a spring in high dimensional accuracy can be obtained. |
