摘要 PURPOSE:To enable accurate setting of the position of the tip of an ultrasonic machining tool, by a method wherein the taper part of a screw is forced into contact with the side part, in the node position of vibration, of a hone, and through regulation of the screw, the axis position of the hone is regulated. CONSTITUTION:A device is provided with a cylindrical body 14, located facing the node position of vibration of a hone 12, and screw holes 15a, 15b, and 15c formed in the cylindrical body 14, and screws 17a, 17b, and 17c, disposed therein and having respective taper parts 16. The taper part 16 is brought into contact with the side part, in the node position of vibration, of the hone 12, and through regulation of the screws 17a, 17b, and 17c, the axis position of the hone 12 is regulated. Thus, the tip of an ultrasonic machining tool at the tip of the hone 12 can be easily positioned on a rotary center axis, namely, the tip position of the tool can be accurately set, and a conventional troublesome work can be eliminated. Incurring of a vibration loss can be reduced despite of the hone 12 being regulated.
