PURPOSE:To prevent the mispass through wire guide parts and the like and make them hold correctly a wire electrode by regulating the position where divided wire guide pieces are to be fixed in the state that the pieces hold the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Above and below a machined article, a wire electrode 12 is held by the lst and 2nd wire guide pieces 60 and 62. As for the lst wire guide piece 60, the position where it is fixed in the state of its closure is regulated by stoppers 68, 70, 72 and 74 provided on a substrate 40. The 2nd wire guide piece 62 is provided slidably by a slidable guide 76 and the position where it is fixed in the state of its closure is regulated by the contact surface 62b with the lst wire guide piece 60 and by the slidable guide 76. |
