The valve has its membrane operated electromagnetically and has a hydraulic servo unit for controlling water circulation in the air conditioning system. The membrane (3) has two relatively large, symmetric holes (23). The valve casing (1) has two posts (13,14) aligned with the holes in the membrane. One of the posts has a small calibrated equalisation hole (12). The valve cover (9) has two recesses (15,16) into which the posts on the valve casing locate. One recess (15) is connected via a transverse hole (17) to the inside of the valve under the cover (9). A filter (2) is situated in the inlet connection point (22).
