The invention concerns a linear, electrical drive arrangement, which includes an electrical linear motor and a commutator controlled by electrical signals with m power commutation units 6 and a gate circuit 7 with n control channels. Each unit contains a first pair of switch elements 10, 11, which are provided to pre-set the current direction in one section of the electric motor's winding, two pairs of switch elements 12, 13; 14, 15 which are intended to connect the sections to an electric current source for energising the armature circuit and to an electrical current source for energising the magnetisation circuit. A fourth pair of switch elements 16, 17 is coupled to a common bus bar for energising the armature and magnetisation circuits and coupled via a capacitor. Between the coupling point between the capacitor and the one switch element and an independent electric current source there is hooked up a resistor 18, while the coupling point between the capacitor and the second switch element is connected to the coupling point between the connection terminals for the pair of switch elements which is designed to pre-set the current direction in the section. Each of the gate circuit's n control channels includes a logic commutation unit 21, whose inputs are connected to respective outputs from a control unit 9 and whose one output is connected to the input of an amplifier 8, which is connected to the control electrodes for the first three pairs of switch elements, while the second output of the unit 21 is connected to a pair of amplifiers 20, each of which is connected to the control electrode for the switch element in the fourth pair. <IMAGE> |
